I cant use it until I figure out whats wrong with gimp but thought that
being I am signed in, I would show you some of what I am doing

Looks like your 3D extusion is working alright there.
If it is not working for you I doubt there is anything wrong with Gimp. Just make sure you have the correct 1 for the version of Gimp you have Although the one I have which works fine in 2.10 was made for 2.8 with backward compatibility to 2.6

Gimp uses a lot of RAM. Check to see if other applications that are running in the background are hogging up the RAM. It's been years since I've used Windows, but that's my guess.
