I did a flame fractal and made a background with the GMIC array faded. Added a transparent layer and did a plasma to my liking then overlayed it to the background.
Put the picture of a person as the next layer and added another transparent layer on top of that.
Then super nova and put several of these down the centre of the person. Changing the radius and colour each time.
