HI!
I'm working on a website to post short films on, as well as other things like music, art, mini-games, who knows what else. I want to use GIMP to make various buttons, background textures, and graphics so to avoid using other people's stuff. The site is going to lean towards brutalist/metal textures (I think). Any tips or criticism is welcome and encouraged.

Hello Cornholio!
That sounds really cool.
:coolthup

Using a custom GIMP-made brutalist/metal UI will give it a strong identity.
I'd lean into rough textures and imperfections for a more intentional feeling.
Good luck with the site and,
