I know it's early; wish this one could be made a temporary sticky for the holidays, but I'll try to post an occasional bauble (from the past; hey, I'm lazy, so why not re-use. lol). I just did this one though. I posted it on another site that I frequent, but why not share here too. It has embedded transparencies so if you had a christmas tree texture as the background, it will show through. Anyway, I hope to see some of you guy's stuff soon. Have a great Thanksgiving Eve as well. :)

That is beautiful Lyle. I do think it is a good time to start with ornaments. You can't go to a store anywhere that aren't playing Christmas music already...so why not.

Very pretty, Lyle.

I'm attaching an animated Christmas brush and a picture showing what's in the brush. I don't remember if I ever put this one up before or not.

I haven't had a chance to make or post any new ornaments yet but I would like to post this one so Jolie can see it.
This one of hers is one my favorites from our bauble making days with PM's tutorial.

That was nice Lyle err, I mean Mr. Krolsky! How did you find the ornament top??

Make a snowflake!
I think this has been around awhile cause it asks if you have Flash 6 and Flash is like up to 10 so something. Just click on "If you are sure you have the Flash 6 plugin, click here"

I made one .. wonder what I could create out of it???

I've collected 2 over the years; don't ask me where I got them though and since they aren't originally mine, I'm reluctant to share them (believe it giving credit for things not mine when I can). There are plenty of toppers out there; a good Yahoo (don't Google) search will help you out. :)

Really? Yahoo? Seriously? I'm curious, why not Google?

Well .. I think I figured out how to make my own topper. I'm just scratching my head at the sphere! Lyle and Molly have this sphere thing on lock down and I've done searched 'sphere','GMIC sphere' and a few other variations from the forum and I get a big ol' goose egg!

I did go off and try GMIC 3d object and lets just say whatever I did .. didn't look pretty! LoooooooooL O.o

Is the sphere thing like a Coca-Cola secret? :melt

Mathmap>Distort>Sphere MrBiggz. To do translucent sphere's requires a little more work with the texture which I outlined, but am too lazy to find that thread right now. Not hard though. :)

Thanks Lyle! I'll have to check to see if I have math map.

MrBiggz: Did you search the Gimp Chat threads, because Lyle does cover this somewhere. Some words you might use is Droste, Poincare, or Mathmap sphere.
