Modify the email address given to the site

how can I modify the email address given to the site because I am going to delete it ?
I couldn't find it in the user control panel

I think you can get there if you log in then use this link

but I panicked because I hadn't seen the admin email arrive in the "social networks" folder of my email!

Might be something you might PM people about if anyone has problems like this in future. (Maybe those who have been around for awhile or seem to know everything
