That looks good.

This image is from "Which Flour Made the Best Biscuits?" back-off question at cookingontheside.com.
Note the biscuit in the center.

I found this at the grocery store today.

I know it's kind of cheating, but I have to give it a try. I read some of the reviews for this product and I was surprised to find out that they said it was really good.

Wallace, I've tried these and they are very good. You'll have to add cheese of your choice.

Yes!

It also comes with a "herb and garlic" packit, to use with melted butter as a topping.

Looks Good Rod. I guess that mix is getting pretty popular. I have never been a mix person but I will try one of these biscuit mixes and see how it goes.

Yup; that's the mix that I bought Wallace. Makes 3 batches of 8 biscuits and for less then $6 a box at Sams. Well worth it. After I make the other two batches, I do plan on buying more of these boxes. :)

So I guess the reviews were right, but getting your endorsement of this product means more to me than those online reviews do. :bigthup

Thank you for your advice. I haven't made them, but I'll make them sure. Hummm... Could open a cooking topic? it's only a suggestion. :)

Maybe; I had a cat that would eat green peas and pita bread. I named this cat Pita-Pea or just Pea for short. :hehe It's a long story.
