Customize button>Settings>Advance Settings>Language and Input Settings.
Choose the right one from 200+ languages and hit Display Google Chrome in this language.
It might be just the installer that runs in different language but once you have installed it I see no
problems from there on.
Well for me, it was a problem. When I went to the Chrome Page in English, downloading it was simple. No problem. When it launched, it was in Dutch. I don't speak or read Dutch and that is where my problem came in. It became difficult for me to even figure out where the settings are, so I had to get rid of it.
On another note, I'm happy with FireFox.
