Since Malawarebytes has stopped working, (by stopped working, I mean when I click on the icon, it doesn't show up.) should I uninstall it? I still use windows defender and Rogue Killer.

No not necessarily.

Have you checked in Task Manger,
to see if it is indeed running?

I just checked now and it does run in the background, but not in the Apps section. Does that make a difference?
