If you have an experience with ordering custom t-shirts online, i need an advise

1. Which online service is better in terms of quality/price? Looking at $15-20 price range for a single t-shirt order.
2. Will this kind of image (below) be looking good or I should avoid gradients and too much details.
3. CMYK, RGB or doesn't matter? PNG, JPEG, TIFF? Does the resolution matter and to what extent? My original image is 1600x1200.
4. What t-shirt color would have a better look (darker, lighter) with this particular image?

Thanks.

I would put that on a very light color, just as it is now on this white screen.

Thanks 2-ton, you're probably right.
On the other hand, I can slightly change the image background to a darker color.

Have a look here... viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10943&start=40#p146234

I've been asking these same questions. It doesn't seem that gradients are use much in screen printing. My designs only have maybe 3 or 4 colors and no gradients.
