Wallace, I just tried this. I did exactly what it said. Now I will let you know by tomorrow sometime if it worked, OR NOT. I will know better once I turn off the pc for the night and when I boot it up in the morning. That would really be great if something this simple was a fix.
I think a Retired Logitech Employee would know.
Thanks for the info Wally

EDIT: so far it is working, stay tuned.

By reading through one of Tux's links is where I found this so called fix. It did seem pretty simple to me as well, so let's see if it has any lasting effect.

I tried the fix Wallace, and I thought it was fixed but by the end of the second day, it is back the way it was. I am forever having problems trying to drag my window to a different place or size without it going full screen. That is really frustrating.
I went back to the mouse with the tail for now. My other tablet mouse works perfectly too, except I don't like the Bamboo out in front unless I am using it, then I use the pen.

Sorry to hear that, but the "fix" was questionable at best and over 4 years old. There was nothing to lose, so It was worth a shot.

Seems like most things fail just after the warranty expires. Did you see Tux's latest link? I think he may have the best solution to this issue. ;)

I am not sure if I saw Tux's last one, I thought the last one of his was the one with the links. I read through them all and saw where they were taking the mouse apart to get to the switch. I will go back and look again.

Just saw it now, the devil Image
I sent it to the cart so I can ponder it. I just bought my first purchase ever from Amazon.ca, it was a magazine end table with free shipping and it came in two days.
Thanks Tux :pengy :pengy
