Any freeware that is easier to use with most built-in effect and features that do not require much learning?

The few free programs I've listed below.
All have their own learning curves,
as does Gimp,
of which some have more then others.
There is no getting away from undergoing some basic learning/knowalkdge,
to be able to use,
or have success using any of the programs listed below.

Paint
Pixlr
Inkscape
DrawPlus
Raw Therapee
Darktable
Photoscape
Shotcut
OpenShot
Lightworks
Scribus

Wallace,

I would add to this list:

Light Zone. (it's like Raw Therapee, and DarkTable) Light Zone does require registration, tho.

Lucky Backup

These are available for: Linux, MAC and Windows and free
