Nice picture, cool video.

Normally, several images are taken by a space agency, then are stitched together in order to create one big image. However, Roscosmos went about it another way with its 121 megapixel photo. Each pixel in the image represents a little over a half-mile of the Earth’s surface.

They can't be all that good because they can't even see my wife's Dachshund, and she's so fat she has her own area code.

I'm surprised to read that you have a dachshund in the house since you keep rats.
Dachshunds were bred to hunt badgers.
How do you keep the dog from attacking the rats?
Gerard.

@ Gerard

my question was on how to restrict the DL to only the not delusive images...that have all "RGB" in the file name, the others have no RGB in the name and are just the BW components that if mixed allow to create the color images

Basically 9 or more BW shoots, identical for positions but taken with a different "filter" (i can't find a different word...meaning one shoot for infrared, one for ultraviolet, one for...) are combined to create a RGB image (obviously with "Fake " colours even if the colors looks quite realistic )...but i want only the RGB not the bw

The fact that many set are only available zipped doesn't help

Should be a way to automatically download and unzip saving only the images called " *RGB.jpg " and delete (delete or even better avoid to download) the rest:

Any idea ?

it seems something that a console command may solve quickly, but i use so seldom the terminal that ...well i may still copy and paste, maybe adjust a bit (for names and paths) but not write it without a track
