A verb? To gif?

I would have called it an adjective: A gif file.

... or a noun. Animate that gif!

Who would have ever thought gif would be the word of the year in the Oxford Dictionary?

Yes, I know what a verb is. A bird moves but it isn't a verb.

I have never heard of gif being used as a verb. I guess I travel in the wrong circles.
