I use to have a program that I used to refresh my favicons for IE, but no such program that I know of exists for chrome so those icons don't get updated unless I actually visit the website (and I have a lot of favorites that I should clean up since I don't visit often if at all; I do have one place that I visit that doesn't have a favicon for that site and I forgot how to create a custom one; lol). :)

I also have forgotten how I made a couple custom favicons...it's been a couple years since I did it.
