Tried to run this in gimp and got
Error,
Calling error for procedure 'gimp-item-set-visible':
Procedure 'gimp-item-set-visible' has been called with value '-1' for argument 'item' (#1, type GimpItemID). This value is out of range.

1/2 doz times

Oh, in 2.10.6 Windows 10 Home 64 bit

It is a bug. It will be fixed with the next release.

In the meantime, untick the "create a layer group.." option which is the problem
