Hi all Gimp-G'MIC fans!
I like to initiate a new series of topics showing (sharing) outcomes obtained by using either only Gimp-G'MIC filters or both Gimp and Gimp-G'MIC filters.
All those who loved, love or will soon love the G'MIC filters integrated into Gimp, are invited to re-vamp their attention to this magical "duo" and sharing their results.
I think that the best solution to have a reasonable number of entries is to implement a sort of "categorization", to allow similar "operations" to stay close, while distinguishing among very different goals.
My suggestion is to have a different topic opened for each of the many possibilities Gimp+G'MIC is offering, as an initial example list:
- outcomes concerning photo enhancements (luminosity, colours, details,...)
- outcomes concerning photo restorations (patching ruined photos...)
- outcomes concerning photo amendments (removing unwanted objects...)
- outcomes concerning photo modifications (applying a different background to an extracted foreground...)
- outcomes concerning photo transformations (applying artistic effects...)
- outcomes concerning image creations (3d objects ...)
and so on... I can't say to think about a complete categories list, any contributor can "invent" and add a new category.

This topic will stay as a general one, where to put general comments, requests for existing filters enhancements, requests for new filters, ....

Gimp+G'MIC revival: sharing outcomes on photo enhancements

In general, on each outcome can be useful for those who look at it -whenever possible- to indicate either the specific series of filters used (maybe with parameters) or at least a general indication, to "invite" for similar experiments
