Instead of having to go into the menu each time you can make a key binding to evoke it. I use ctrl + shift + x but you can make it anything.

Either that or you can command search for it.

I have it in my toolbox :hehe
Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Toolbox >> scrolldown and tick the eyes to have it in your toolbox
