Latest info on Gimp 3

Not sure where this came from but just saw it in a gimp group I am in. So for all those eagerly awaiting version 3 they still have a few things to do.

60-70% done... good, there is hope to have GIMP 2.10 up to 2.10.48 before GIMP 3 in 2 years (or does GIMP "3" means 3 years?)
