Just wondering how much time everyone here spends a day on gimpchat?

Daily, although I do a lot more reading of the posts than I do posting myself.

Yeah, same here. I usually check my email, my Facebook, and my gimpchat every morning.

I try to limit it to twice a day now because Mobile Broadband is expensive.

While I agree with you completely its the ignorance of these carriers to not have innovated the way they send signals out and they're making 'us' pay for it!

Back on topic! I peek periodically to see what kind of neat stuff is brewing. I'm a bit more active once it starts getting colder out (surprise surprise!). Maybe a few times a day at the most. Wish I was the artistic type that could come up with all these new idea instead of having them in my head with no way out!

I check in pretty much daily. I have my little routine, check email, twitter, facebook, and gc. I try to keep up with the reading, don't post very much. I spend maybe an hour each evening unless I am doing a tutorial...and then much longer.

i stay logged in most of the time i'm at home, but i'm always doing other things on the side ("real life" stuff like cooking, cleaning, reading, beading, etc as well as other online stuff like checking mail, paying bills, hunting for music on youtube...) so it's really hard to tell how much time i actually spend on gimp chat.

Don't post as often as I use to; maybe 3 to 5 times a day now.

I keep an eye on the forum all day usually.

Yeah, I kinda figured you did, Rod, because you generally reply fairly quickly to everyone's questions/comments.

I used to live here, but health issues took me away. Working hard to get back to GC and Gimp in general!

Coming along slowly. More testing to come. (surgeries and biopsies) I have lost about 20 lbs (which is actually good) I have about another 13 to go.

I, along with several others, am old and retired, and check it every half hour or so.

Gms9810, I thought that maybe you and some others might be retired. It's kinda sad being a newbie to the forum, there are so many inside jokes/stories that I don't get...

I monitor the site daily but I don't get the chance to participate as much as I'd like. With so many distractions and my attention span such as it is, I seem to only be able to focus on GIMP (or anything else, for that matter) in short time intervals. Ohhh.. is that something shiny over there?
