Greetings!
I've asked enough questions this week so I might as well come forward and introduce myself! My government name is Dave but on the interwebs I'm known as MrBiggz except when my name is already taken
then I'm MysticalMrBiggz! I'm also a gamer and my pseudo-pseudo name in that violent section of the interwebs is Devil.God. It's kind of a duality thing. Am I a devil that is god like or a god that is more like a devil? I play primarily FPS games Call of Duty franchise, Left 4 Dead series and some Team Fortress 2.
My artistic skills a nil! I just get really lucky sometimes! I'm learning and sometimes I have a tendency to ask ridiculous questions. But I am tech-savy! I'm a Unisys mainframe operator, been working with the massive systems since 1988. I also dabble in the realm of PC's too! I'm trying to get my microsoft certification in several classes but my work hours are and the hours the school holds classes are conflicting! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
I started using gimp when I decided to really put my mind to it and give it a shot! I've had a earlier version of photoshop but I just couldn't keep up with the monetary curve they were getting accustomed to. And the last Paint Shop Pro I owned was 9 and then it started to get funky once Jasc sold it off. I really lost interest in the digital manipulation world at this point. I started messing around with linux and Gimp peeked my interest a bit. And over the past couple of years I've really gotten comfortable with it! And I have to admit, the only thing I don't like about gimp is the UI.
I sincerely hope I can repay to the community the help that has been given to me!
