It may be useful to note, in regard to the Mother Goose images I posted yesterday, that the original of the improved image was larger than the actual original from archive.org. (I reduced the improved one to match the size of the actual original.)
The actual original is 1039 x 1442 (96 dpi); the improved original (which I reduced) is 1186 x 1600 (100 dpi).
1) I didn't know you can increase pixel size (!)
2) Did the increased size make it easier to improve the image?

You know, you should really learn that you can make further posts to your original thread... This is a "discussion" forum, so even if many threads are just one question and several answers, the original poster is always allowed to make further comments in his own thread. In fact when we answer in threads, we can get an automatic warning if there is further thread activity, so if you answer in the thread we are told almost immediately, and if you answer in a new thread we may not see it until much later.
