I know! Isn't it awesome! That brush is so random. Does anyone know if there is a special significance behind the pepper? Welcome to Gimpchat, SkyRoma! Can't wait to see your work!

As far as I know, that green pepper has been a brush in GIMP in just about all the versions. I think it is just an example of what is possible. For me, it has become a joke. Like how many times would you have the use of a green pepper brush?

That's why I love wbool's banner. Finally, a constructive, attractive and funny use of the brush. It made me laugh when I saw it. Image

Exactly! I've used Gimp since version 2.4, so I know at least it's been there since I've been.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes :)
That bell pepper brush seems to be some kind of running gag in GIMP as I really don' t see ANY sense in having it. The vine brush is atleast good for smudging, but the bell pepper?

Yeah, I check this thing a couple times a day. I mean, I've been on for less than a month but have like 70 posts already. It really builds up if you're chatty.

Edit: oh, wait, I actually have over 90. See what I mean?
