I'm new to Gimp and my knowledge of photo manipulation is limited at best. There is one thing I need to do with GIMP, one purpose for it being in my life, and thus far I can't figure out how to do that one thing. This is clearly a deficiency with me, not Gimp, but I'm hopeful someone will take some mercy on me and help me anyway...
