Hi enxio, nice too meet you
i use also win7 with gimp 2.10.4

the change was really hard to the dark GUI
if I never have seen the old version
I dunno if I could start with those little tool buttons ;=)

You can change the GUI back to the earlier version in the settings. I did, and I'm much happier!
