Hi all, I'm new to this forum, but I've used GIMP for the past 10(?) years or so.
I downloaded it long ago to work on my own book covers, website art, and minor graphical design work for the many things I've stuck all my many thumbs in.
I'm a dad of 4 kids, three launched and married now, one still in the nest.
Live in the Greater Memphis TN area.
I'm a Christian, author, songwriter, speaker, and principal of a homeschool with just one student now.
I've dealt with autism, ADHD, and other raising-your-kids issues that have given me more gray hairs than I like.
We still have a houseful, though, they just have fur.
Soon as I retire, assuming I live that long, I'll do a lot more writing, speaking, and entertaining for the kids out there who might care to read what I write.
Here for pointers and advice I think, not on child-rearing so much as using GIMP. ;-)
