I'm Star! I know so little about Gimp. I'm just starting out. Learning about it for an assignment in my Business of Fashion class. It isn't required but I'm trying to get an "A." I attend FIDM in downtown Los Angeles. Anyone who wouldn't mind showing me the ropes would be greatly appreciated. I learn very fast! Thanks Guys!

As far as showing you the ropes to GIMP is concerned, the only way to learn about GIMP is to ask questions and practice, practice, practice.

The fastest and easiest way to learn Gimp is to keep using it.I have been using Gimp for years and i still find goodies tucked away in there.Try searching the web for tutorials you may be interested in.YouTube has many.
As O said begin with the basics, and keep GimpTricks (Jolies channel), in your favorites.
