Well, I've been lurking around for a few months so decided it was probably time to introduce myself.
I started with photoshop and moved to gimp about 6 months ago. I hadn't really been serious about any artwork until that time and have found in my growth a creative side I didn't know existed.
Granted, it still is a diamond in the rough :P
But I'm learning so much and enjoying it more and more.
I used to write to express myself and find myself moving more to artistic expression.
I even now take details and find myself looking for them in the physical world and am hoping to move to photography (please, Santa, please!)....
some day.

Anyway...howdy ya'll...from Texas.

ummm lol yeah...quite a bit...actually.....i host all my works in progress and finished on flickr....post a few to the gmic and gimp groups there as well.....i'll have to pick through some and see exactly where to post them here perhaps.
