I'm not on Gimpchat as often as I used to be, but I haven't forgotten you
I'm currently very active editing photos in certain Facebook groups. It's voluntary, but if you can make people happy, I am too.
A lot is done with Ai and I certainly use it. But I do most of the work in Gimp
I would like to mention that I also often use the plug-ins, GEGL and also old scm files.

Thanks Jappaloe, I know it is also pleasing for yourself as well as others when you can get a good result. As an admin of 2 of the editing groups on facebook and myself an editor in other groups I indeed appreciate your willingness to help others. Rock on Gimp!

It's really inspiring to see that you continue to use GIMP so much, especially with the GEGL plugins and the old scripts.
Personally, I also find that despite the arrival of AI, GIMP remains irreplaceable for personal retouching.
