On Windows 10, I couldn't get Gimp 3 to start. Apparently LinuxBeaver's had a broken '.dll'. His latest binaries fixes the problem.

The issue was closed.

I downloaded the update from the gimp website, so I'm not sure if LinuxBeaver's fix will apply to me.
