But about the extra i put in my main point is that could be all removed with a single move (deleting the .2.7 folder that would be recreated empty at next gimp load ) or in little groups ( by removing the corresponding subfolder inside .gimp-2.7/plug.ins and/or .gimp-2.7 script )
but anyway that was the first version i must remember to upload the newer more polished
(upload is a easy and quick operation ..the pain is put together all the credits,the referral links and so on..)

I don't think the issue (at least with the virus) is what you put in, though other issues could be it.

Sorry, I have been busy - end of year, out of town etc. and also really getting to know my Mac and figuring out how to create an app so people can use gimp-2.8.app.
