Vista and +
- Start by clicking "\gimp-stable-i686-2013-11-07-Portable\GIMP.exe"


Windows XP
- Python is not portable. I advise to unzip the archive to C:\ and start GIMP by clicking "XP_GIMP.bat".
- In case of a problem click "XP_Initialization.bat".
- 5 launchers .exe give errors.


Tested on Win 8.1 pro 32-bit , Win 8.1 pro 64-bit , XP pro 32-bit

Thank a lot for your gift, I have downloaded your Gimp version 2.8.9.
I just encountered an issue during the first launch with some error messages regarding several plug-ins.
To correct it, I have duplicated the file libintl-8.dll in the folder gimp-stable-i686-2013-11-07-Portable\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins.

Maybe it's normal, I wanted to share it with you.

Sam does your portable version fix the Refresh Scripts and Python pygimp.env bugs present in GIMP-2.8.8?

Everything works. You can also install this version on your hard drive without any problems.

On compilations of Gimp for Windows :
It's very sad but now nobody is able to correctly compile Gimp for Windows.
For proper operation it is necessary to assemble several versions.
