Help with Addon Manager

GIMP Version: 3.0.2
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

Hi, have gotten back to Gimp after yet another break, installed 3.0.2 and started the updating etc of plugins and scripts. I am having problems with Addon Manager (ofnuts version). Is there a trick or something I have missed ? Running the latest python, addonCollectionmanager.py file is in plugin folder, no sign of manage brush sets.

Old python plugins - not going to work with Gimp 3.0

Ofnuts has said he will look at addonCollectionmanager
