My Gimp 2.10.00 version: Downloaded directly from Gimp.org
As I was using this one on a little project I have patched version 0.01 of Shine script to work with Gimp 2.10 (but apparently not with portable editions) if anyone else needs to use it.
Have also altered the direction of the shine so that light appears to come from the North-West to be consistent (IMHO) with the shadow output.
