Yes Steve, I was even thinking to write something for the GIMP magazine, but unfortunately I miss time a little bit to make something complete.
But of course, if you have some ideas or need some informations, just let me know !

OK, so maybe if it's for the 1th of june, I can do something :)
I would be glad if active G'MIC users of Gimpchat can help (Lyle, PC, Erisian, ...)

I would love to see some regular spots that are continued from issue to issue, subjects like G'Mic would be a perfect example of something that could be an ongoing 'chapter'. I find that the G'Mic plug-in is one of the big draws to Gimp.

Definitely an understatement 2-ton; as I mentioned often enough, nearly every edit that I do, I use the G'MIC GIMP plugin for some part of it. Still hope the developers figure out a back door in GEGL for legacy plugins and it appears that they may have; we shall see. It would definitely be prudent to do so imo. Still, GEGL specific plugins would definitely be cool since they will be able to not only support multi-processor systems, but also will eventually be able to take advance of the GPU in your video card for processing. That's the future and already have been integrated in PS (Pixel Bender; will admit that it has caused a lot of system crashes though or stability issues to be more accurate that I had to re-boot my PC when I used them; lol). :)
