Does anyone have the 32 bit binary for LInux Fedora?
For some reason this will not compile correctly for me.

I have the gimp development tools and was able to compile other plug-ins so i do not think that is the problem.

I also can not compile it in a virtual machine with Kubuntu 32bit.
I've reported in Gimp Plugin Registry.

Yafu i found the bin file right there in the list of downloads.It works perfectly in Fedora 17 32 bit for me.

I don't know how i missed it there.

But I can't compile for 64 bit too, same problem

The Gimp Plugin Registry user "pogo" left a comment (see below of lot spam) about how to compile on GNU/Linux. I recommend that you make a backup of the files to be edited. After compiling you restore these files from the bakup.
So here I share the binary for the "Clone Layer Tool" plugin, 64bit on GNU/Linux (extract and copy it to the GIMP plug-ins folder as usual):
