 Post subject: Focus Blur 3.2.6 bugfix

So at least 3 people had problems with compiling this plugin since apparently with newer versions of glib some submodules could not be included. vmicho at the registry suggested replacing them with glib.h in the headers (it works! yay :D), and since it was a bit annoying having to rewrite like half of the header files I thought why not upload it here so maybe it will save somebody else the work :)
For installation instructions read the included INSTALL file, you may have to run ./configure with certain parameters like LIBS=-lposix or LIBS=-lm depending on your OS.

I'm running 64bit Arch Linux and it worked for me, but it might not work for everyone. Use at your own risk. And try the original version (see gimp plugin registry) first, if it works you should use that ^^
