new filter "Painting on Paper"

to test it remember to install:
- the script
- the 3 gimpressionist presets
- the 2 textures

I applied it on these photos. I used montage in G'MIC to show the three results with the original one.

you didn't install the textures (alias: patterns), the error indicates just that
all is included in the package published

I tried it and I still get the error. I have both jpg images in
Users/Mackenzie/.gimp-2.8/patterns
I even converted the images into patterns and I still get the error.

don't convert them, they have to be used as such:
Pattern1 = "grungy-watercolor-textures-2-gray.jpg"
Pattern2 = "Marble13.jpg"
they have to be found as .jpg

are those patterns accessible? do you use ofnuts' AddonCollectionManager?
are you running an OS which requires resources to be "activatred" somehow?

without even calling the script: as long as you do not see those two patterns in the list of available patterns (bottom right panel) you aren't able to use them
