Ofnuts recently answered a question on stackexchange that linked to GIMP LEARN's script of scrolling animation.
However that script does not wrap. And it requires you to have 3 layers.
So I wrote one that allows you to have any number layers, and it'll just wrap and scroll your active/selected layer (scroll x) amount in a new image.
