 Post subject: Errors opening gimp

With the new portable Gimp 2.10 I'm getting a series of errors before getting in.
They are of the type "The procedure entry point coluld not be located in the Dynamic link library
C:\users\(my ref)\downloads\gimp-2.10-std\frameworks\libpng16-16.dll

Any help greatly appreciated
