Star Effect Filter

Hello everybody,
I used the FilterStar Effect Filter.scm a lot
under Gimp 2.8. Unfortunately it doesn't work
under Gimp 2.10.

Do you already have a version for Gimp 2.10?

You can make a starry background.
Using HSV Noise and applying color curves to it.
I made this image below using that method
