I have split the custom font outlines filter into two parts - outlines and effects - to avoid the over-long dialog scenario. No scrolling needed.

The zipped file contains both of these files and an updated version of Custom Font Layer Names (or Labels) plus a copy of Layers from Fonts since they all now are accessible from the same filter menu path - Filters>>Custom Font Tools>>

It's up to you whether you keep the old ones or use the new - but all four py files need to be unzipped and copied into your user plug-in folder.
