I've seen some discussion on Dave Hill effect on GF.
Hence I decided to port to 2.10 and post my filter on the subject, which I created for 2.8.
I post also a service filter, called from the main filter.
If someone likes to test and give feedback, I'll appreciate it.

I run Gimp 2.10.15 in Linux area inside my Chromebook.
I copy the 2 PY files in to the Plugins folder and it is working fine

IIRC, when I first posted the filter (2.8) not many said they like Dave Hill's effect.
I think that, as usual, it depends a lot from the source image.

Thanks dinasset, works fine on Xubuntu Gimp 2.10.14.
I like the Jamac version bit more at least on this subject. The chest area bothers me on the Keil version.
Most of the Dave Hill effect images I googled were lot sharper than either.
Wasn't interested earlier but I will delve into it.
