Found in Filters > Decor > Parchment texture

This script makes incredible background material. In the Foreground and Background colors in the Toolbox make the background color you want the main color in your image to be.

The test image was made with the font on one layer and a white bg layer. The bg color was set to blue. You get white in the image.


The next three images were made with a single layer only on a transparent background.

The heart picture I used dark red for the background color and the dragon I used a darkish yellow-green.
