New Custom Font Tool - Custom Font Lighting Effects GT Style Filter

I have added a new plug-in to The Custom Font Toolkit for Gimp 2.10 - for applying the GIMP Lighting plug-in to custom font characters in the style of GnuTux's environment mapped text.
I have added a resources file and a help guide over on GimpLearn - but cannot do that here - anything over 1Mb in size fails.

Please be aware that it has a long filter dialog - but links to solutions are available there (and here on GC) via a search for scrolling.
