Some of you may remember from gimp scripts net.
Here is the new version (slightly improved and expanded) for Gimp-2.10.xx.

In the Gimp menu:
Filters ➤ Decor ➤ Watermark with Image or Text...

right on!

Reason my watermark plug-in doesn't provide text is because I thought that any text designed can be saved as image since watermark is something that doesn't change too often. And because I didn't want to add too many options and I was lazy to do it full blown.

It's a good joke that you're lazy.
As for me, you're also very creative.
Despite the name, for me this plugin also makes it easier to do other text operations on photos, such as descriptions (place or date) and memes.
And it's true - the picture avatar changes very rarely - but it's worth having it "at hand" without having to look for where I saved it.

Two small additions:
- BumpMap
- Rotate
Note to BumpMap: to avoid adding too many parameters, typical default values ​​were used. If the watermark color is solid black, the effect will not be visible.

Another two (last ) small additions:
- add Position: "CENTER-LEFT", "CENTER-RIGHT"
- Rotate Custom angle.

Ver.5.

This version introduces another new option (the idea comes from Watermark BIMP: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=18341&p=260418#p260418) - scale loaded image.
It is more interesting if the download counter has been fixed? (which was reported but there was no feedback).

Ver.6

In this version, there are practically only three changes:
- any type of watermark can be scaled,
- multiple watermark positions can be selected,
- and of course the required changes in the GUI (which was an interesting challenge).

In Bimp you can only select one position.

In this plugin you can select from 0 (when you use "Fill") to 9 (all).

This version only differs in adding Unicode symbols to the orientation (may display clutter on some Linux versions) and automatic text justification to the center (useful when text has several lines).

Tip:
A huge selection of UNICODE characters can be used for watermarking or meme.
A simple workflow example:
1. Launch your chosen Unicode plugin
