Gimpchat is not accessible from India

When I try to open Gimpchat.com I am receiving below error. There are two workarounds for me. First is to access Gimpchat from my office network (US proxy) to which I do not prefer for good reasons. Alternatively I am able to use Opera browser's turbo mode to access Gimpchat but that means inferior quality images (due to Opera's turbo compression) which is also bad. Just wondering if it is something the webmasters of this site would like to resolve.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Sounds like a DNS resolution issue which would be an issue the member's ISP would have to resolve.

Not a DNS issue as the above error shows that there was response from the web server of Gimpchat.com

At one point, several sites on this server were attacked by spammers with IP's from India. These were not spam bots but were individuals who would sign up and leave spam posts. I had no choice but to ban practically the entire country of India, as well as a few other countries and related IP ranges.

This did not occur so much on gimpchat.com but it occurred on other domains on this server. I don't have the time or manpower to police all the websites on the server so I banned the IP ranges at the root.

I will lift these bans temporarily and see how it goes.

Let me know if you have any more problems.

Some major changes is for the smoothing option (that was not working)
and i added another value (swapped_value) mode, and a different use of hard light mode
