I am running Samj 2.8.15 and I am haven't had any problems with themes. I have not tested it in other versions of GIMP though.

This is the libpng dll file that works for me Graechan. :) (GIMP-2.8.14 64 bit)

I tried with your Metalic_Blue_Licorice_DynamicRod_D theme and their were some minor display problems. Wish I had better news!

Just means the Cairo bug remains in Sams GIMP-2.8.15 compile. GIMP-2.8.10's dll works fine with my theme so i thank you for testing. :)
