Need Motion Blur Fixed

Can anyone help me with this image?

Very important that I can read a name or policy number. Please help.

jackey1000: i gave it a try, but i couldn't get anything legible out of that. hopefully someone more patient and more generous with their time will show up and give it a go - i'd be surprised if they could actually get that text legible, but the skills and experience of some of our members sometimes works miracles. be warned that blurs like these are nearly impossible to fix, though!

My problem with posts such as this, is that I don't know if the poster is a good person with good intentions, or a not so good person with not so good intentions. Even if I could clear the page up, not sure I should post it. Obviously, you're not looking for your own name or policy number.

I think it is impossible to make this legible to read.
Something fishy, how were you able to post an image with just one post? New members need to have 5 posts before being able to place an image

I can assure you there is no criminal intent here. A girl backed into my vehicle and I took an image of the policy to make the claim and didnt get any other information. I know....stupid. Then I looked at the image and it was motion blurred and now I have a broken bumper and no info to file the claim. So if anyone can help to make out the policy number or the name I would be grateful.

Don't think you will get it much better.
Dinasset is pretty good and if he didn't get it.
I tried too with no luck.
