Way too many folk I really respected and enjoyed their talent are passing away this year already. Sad news to hear that Dan Haggerty now has passed a few hours ago. Who here didn't enjoy watching him in Grizzly Adams? Watched near every show when I was a kid and it still angers me what our government did in a sting to set this guy for a fall. Regardless, may you rest in peace Dan. You will be both remembered and missed.

Something about a survival camp they said was a militia cult wasn't it?

Gonna miss this guy for sure. I used to watch Grizzly Adams religiously when i was young. And who could forget ole # 7? RIP Griz!

Don't forget Ben, Rod. Yeah; I know I had to watched every episode in this series. Looked forward to the show each week as a kid. I'm still livid what my government did in a sting. Not saying Dan was an innocent in the matter, but, as I recall the details, he did what he could to feed his animals (he owned many animals; not just the Grizzly). Oh well. Memories of all the details have faded a lot over the years, but not the joy that I remember watching the series.

I know, Sallyanne. It's really sad to see such talented people go.
