Very nice. I like the colours too.

Yep that's the one! :)
The image I started with was the 'fan type' image you can see throughout. This time I checked almost everything in the options ;)

Gmic's "Continuous Droste" can do the same thing as Math Map and has more options in my opinion...

I have not played with the Droste filter for awhile. On this one I took a previous design:

Then I used Continuous Doste:

Then I used Polar Kaleidoscope:

That is awesome! I like the way the numbers run from 12 to 1 then start at 12 again.

Beautiful animation! Could be part of a time machine movie.

Thank you, Erisian. It is good to see you again in the forum. I have learned much from you and often revisit your tutorials. Also AnMal was a big help when I first started using GIMP and her designs are magnificent. Hopefully soon, both of you will be able to participate more.

Excellent work Racer-X! I've done similar animations with Mathmap, but I think your animation is more consistent. You'll notice a slight jump in the animation on my chess board. Plus I like that your animation is actually appearing to spin.

Thought the original was fairly disgusting but this turns my stomach.
